Agent note: Founder is worried they are building a wrapper in a market that may collapse into agents.

Normal answer: Focus on differentiation, distribution, and customer pain. Validate demand quickly.

Styled answer: The wrapper panic is partly real, partly theatre. The question is not whether the interface survives. The question is whether you own a piece of workflow gravity strong enough that the model layer cannot simply inhale it.
